On this fully interpretive tour of some of the scenic back roads of Jasper National Park, you will discover spectacular viewpoints inaccessible by bus, travel through both old-growth and new-growth forest emerging from the ash of the 2024 wildfire, visit real quicksand, and observe wildlife from a distance, including elk, black bears, grizzly bears, and bighorn sheep. Along the way you will learn about the benefits of wildfires, the ecology and geology of the region, walk on white-sand beaches, and if the weather is right, dip your feet in one of Jasper’s turquoise glacial lakes.

About the E-Bikes
E-bikes are not motorcycles or mopeds. The supply of energy comes from a removable battery that can support you up to a distance of over 100 KM. We use the comfortable Electra Vale Go and Townie Go, urban-style e-bikes designed for the rider looking to explore more, ride farther, and climb hills easier.
No e-bike experience is necessary, although a reasonable fitness level and ability to ride a normal bike are required for this tour.
Tours begin at 2 PM from 86 Connaught Drive (Marmot Lodge) at the Jasper E-Bikes Tours and Rentals Trailer. Guests must arrive no later than 1:30 PM to sign waivers, meet your guide, and get familiar with the e-bikes.
Daily tours begin at 1:30 PM from the Marmot Lodge, 86 Connaught Drive.
